Cast-in Channel
Introduction
The Cast-in channel is a bar of steel channel which has internal teeth slide or swallow-tail-shaped slide in its groove and has several anchor bolts welding or riveting on the back. It is used as a junction component corporately with T-shaped bolts. There is a anti-skid design in the connection part of a T-shaped bolt and the slide of cast-in channel, thus the cast-in channel is tighter, more skid resisting and has higher bearing capacity than regular one.
Classification
Classified by shape of the channel’s fracture surface: square-shaped channel(a), V-shaped channel(b), U-shaped channel(c).
Classified by shape of anchor hook: swallow-tail shape(a),flat-tooth shaped, swallow-tail shaped with tooth(c)
Classified
by method of production: hot-rolling formed and cold-bending formed by material of the channel: regular-carbon steel, alloy steel, weather-resistant steel, stainless steel
by shape of anchor stick: I shape stick (a) and round shape stick (b)
