Hot-rolled Flat-tooth Channel

Product feature:

• Contains flat tooth inside inner groove of the channel. Height of tooth 1.5±0.3, distance of tooth 3±0.2(optimal), 3.50.2(alternative).
• Body of channel is formed by one time of hot-rolling. Fracture surface of square-shape or U shape, multiple material of Q235B, Q345B, Q345C, Q345D, Q420B, weather-resistance steel, cold-resistance steel, stainless steel etc.
• Use cooperatively with H shape or round shape anchor stick.
• Specification of H-shape anchor hook:
• Height: 80mm/120mm/125mm, Width of leg: 20mm/25mm Length of leg: 30mm/40mm/50mm
• Two sides or four sides welding on the channel body
• Specification of round-shape anchor hook Diameter of anchor stick: 8mm/10mm/14mm Height of stick: 72mm/82mm/92mm/100mm Diameter of anchor head: 18mm/20mm
• Hot/cold riveting, welding, rivet-welding on body of channel
• Distance of anchor stick: no more than 250mm
• T shape bolt matches with channel body. Feature of tooth same as tooth inside channel groove. See (c)

• Classified by shape: straight shape or arc shape.  
• Classified by type of anchor stick: I shape or round shape.

Applicable situation

• Hot-rolled flat tooth channels are used on vertical and arc surface,bearing strong vertical strength.
• Basically using round anchor stick on small size specification and I shape anchor
• stick on large size specification

Surface treatment

• Hot-dip galvanizing, thickness of zinc layer(60—120)μm.
• multi-element alloy permeation+Dacromet
• hot-dip galvanizing/multi-element alloy permeation+nano-coating+alkali-resistance coating. NSS(Neutral Salt Spray) test of over 2400 hrs.

Filling and package

Contains a cover on each end filling in channel body with foam strips close the notch with regular or foam tape
